Line of Credit (LOC) is available to members who have a checking account and this product can be also be used as overdraft protection. This loan product gives members access to funds on a revolving basis. Funds can be accessed up to the amount of the credit limit. All payments that are made allow for a corresponding amount of funds to be made available again on the account. This account gives members access to loan proceeds and reports as a revolving loan similar to a credit card on your credit report. If managed properly an LOC can be utilized to increase the capacity portion of your credit profile (30% of your credit score) and improve your credit score as a whole.

You can make your payments through payroll deduction or as an automatic transfer from your Financial Access Federal Credit Union account. You may also transfer from your account to make payments online through FAFCU's online banking. Our Line of Credit Loan can also be used as overdraft protection for a FAFCU checking account. Overdraft protection helps protect you against any miscalculations with your checking account.
