State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI)
Financial Access Federal Credit Union has partnered with The State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI)
We are participants in the following two programs:
Loan Participation In these programs, states, the District of Columbia, territories, and Tribal governments buy an interest in the loans made by lenders or lend directly alongside private lenders, providing direct lending to finance small businesses.
Capital Access Program (CAPs) These programs provide portfolio insurance in the form of a loan loss reserve fund into which the lender and borrower contribute, supplemented with SSBCI funds.
Qualifications:
- Business must be a credit union member. Join the Credit Union
- Businesses In Florida located within 25 miles of a participating Financial Access Federal Credit Union ATM. (check website for locations)
- Businesses located within a CDFI designated area
- Fill out a Small Business Referral Form
- Business Loan Underwriting Guidelines
- Minimum Credit Score: 620
- Minimum Time in business: 1 year
- Minimum monthly revenue: $4,000 per month
- Business Plan, Budget, 3-yr Projections Required
