A New Path to Homeownership

There aren’t many great options for renters who want to own a home, but don’t have cash for a down payment or good enough credit to qualify for a mortgage.
We recognize that not every potential homeowner is able to qualify for a mortgage, and it can sometimes be hard to find a solution or know where to turn for support.

We are working hard to find a homeownership program/partnership for renters who want to become homeowners but need help preparing for a mortgage. You can rent your dream home for up to
two years until you are ready to buy it. During that time, you will build your credit and down payment savings with the help of a  Homeownership Coach. As soon as you are ready for a mortgage, you will buy your home and instantly become a homeowner without moving again.
